Quick Review :- Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare is a below average slice drama which tries to make an important comment about patriarchy in our society and is also laced with some great characters but the screenplay is extremely dull and there are not many interesting elements in the movie to keep  you hooked.  Also, at some point, you would feel a bit bored because the pace of the movie is quite slow. There are a couple of scenes which are exceptional but overall the impact is minimal which makes this film a Below Average
