Who was Syed Abdul Rahim?

Syed Abdul Rahim is said to have been the coach and manager of the Indian National Football Team from 1950 to 1963. He died in 1963. Under the leadership of Rahim, the Indian football team reached the semi-finals in the 1956 Olympics.
